When you buy wine online you have the ability to learn and know more about the wine that you are actually buying than if you had to have bought it in the store. Whereas the knowledge that can be gained by a customer when they buy wine from a store is restricted to the amount of space that there is on the side of the bottle or the personal knowledge, if any, of the wine salesman or the store clerk, when you buy wine online you do not face any of these restrictions. You can sit down in the comfort of your home and learn the in’s and out’s of the wine that you are about to buy, its history, origins and the method of wine making used. And for the particularly inquisitve you can even check up on the credentials of the wine maker. In the end the more you know about what you are buying the better.

Altbier Style Beer
09.02
The concept of a German Ale was an oxymoron for a long stretch of history. German brewers are generally known as the worlds best producers of high quality lager style beers. Ale styles have never been their forte but there are a few that they excel at making on a consistent basis. In Germany, neither single yeast cell isolation nor artificial refrigeration was available in the early days of German brewing. Brewers used what they had for resources, which was top fermenting yeast strains, and thus they created the German ale.
One of the more popular styles of German ale is known as the Altbier. The German word alt means “old and is in reference to old world brewing styles. Modern altbiers are fermented warm but they are still aged cole as were the lagers. This beer is dark amber and very complex, varying greatly from one brewery to the next.
Fill That Machine!

Liquid Filling Machines are the new wave of technology to fill your bottles of water, soda, juice, or coffee. You will start seeing them at every street corner pretty soon in most major cities. Ultimately it is a way to cut back on all the extra plastic we are using and throwing out. You simply take your bottle that you only pay for once and refill it as many times as you need. We are living in an age where we need to recycle more and more. Throwing away things and not recycling is just a bad thing. People don’t do it because they are lazy. But if we give them a reason that is easy enough, then they will do it. How hard is it to refill a bottle? Not very hard at all. That is why as a person in this industry we are hopeful that this will work! So add to the solution and not the problem use these machines!
Wine is Absolutely Delightful
02.20
I am an ardent wine enthusiast, and one of my favorite things about wine is that it comes from so many different places. From the salty hills of Napa, California to the ancient vineyards of Italy, you can find great wine in almost any country — and traveling to different countries to locate that wine is one of the greatest pleasures of wine tasting. Recently, I went to South America for a vacation, and had the privilege to attend a very cool wine tasting in Buenos Aires.
The city of Buenos Aires was breathtaking, and the surrounding Argentinian countryside lush and exciting. The wine tasting, though, that very cool wine tasting in Buenos Aires, was the highlight of my trip. I tasted delicate whites that danced dryly over my tongue, and heady reds that filled my mouth with rich joy. The accompanying cuisine was delightful, too.
I would readily return to Argentina, for another wine tasting, to visit some of the fine vineyards, or simply to enjoy the Latin culture and scenery. Maybe instead of finding a new vineyard next time, I’ll just stay in Buenos Aires and enjoy the nightlife — and the beautiful people that make it so vibrant!
